Abstract: This study is devoted to the study of aspects of the creation and functioning of the risk committee in organizations of the fuel and energy complex of the Russian Federation based on an analysis of their functions and fundamental principles. The purpose of the study is to establish the role of the risk management committee in Russian companies and to identify existing factors that affect their effectiveness.
