Abstract: The article analyzes the impact of the digitalization of the economy and the transformation of public administration on the provision of judicial activities, as well as the prospects for the development of the legal profession and education. Actual examples of innovative processes of legal proceedings are given, the effectiveness of the activities of the judiciary of the Russian Federation during the COVID-crisis is analyzed.
