Abstract: This article analyzes the current practice of exporting education in the Russian Federation, shows the characteristics of integration processes in higher educational institutions in the vector of export of educational services, developed a model for improving the mechanism for overcoming barriers in attracting foreign citizens to study in educational institutions of the Russian Federation, analyzed the economic, social-political and demographic approaches, the factors of negative phenomena in the processes of export of educational services are determined.
