Abstract:
In any state, the agricultural complex is one of the key sectors of the development of the economic system. This mechanism can significantly affect the welfare of citizens, since the products of farmers today will account for more than 70% of the total number of trade names on the market. In view of the introduction of sectoral sanctions against the Russian Federation by the European Union and the United States of America, a threat to food security was created, and all this became the basis for the use of retaliatory sanctions by the Russian Federation to ensure quality security and protect the organizational foundations of doing business. In this case, the use of a public-private partnership mechanism is considered to be an urgent tool for supporting domestic agricultural producers.
