Abstract: Within the framework of this article, the authors of the work consider models of parental behavior from the point of view of a factor influencing the social health of a young family. The analysis carried out by the authors made it possible to assess the indicators of the social health of young spouses in Russia. According to the authors of the article, the social health of spouses is a set of indicators: well-being, recorded both in marital and child-parent relationships, as well as a set of family values. The authors of the work argue that at present there are many factors that affect the fact that young families do not effectively perform their functions, which negatively affects the life of new generations. Based on the existing problems, the developed methods of working with young families should be aimed at the social security of spouses.
