Abstract: This work is devoted to the need to attract resources based on the analysis of two author's studies conducted on the topic "Family Business" and "Business Inheritance in Entrepreneurial Families". It was based on the concept of capitals by Ludwig Lachmann, who considered capitals as resources that have not only a material nature, but also a social context that determines and accumulates the actor's activity as an opportunity to generate new properties of existing capitals.
