Abstract: The hypothesis of the presented article is the idea that the formalism of additional vocational education in the process of training personnel in the public service can be eliminated by introducing the principle of client centrism. Clientocentricity implies a guideline on listeners and their needs and the satisfaction of individual and collective educational needs. The principle of client centrism in the process of mastering additional professional programs should be based on the opinion of all stakeholders in the educational process, that is, on the opinion of customers, performers and, most importantly, the listeners themselves. The principle of client centrism is formed through compliance with several factors, including: blended format, corporate approach, customization, personalization, expert support, innovative methodology, analysis and assessment.
