Abstract:
The need to maintain sustainable development throughout the country determines is the important part of rapid and effective response from the regional authorities. This reaction should not only be to internal factors, but also to external ones. Therefore, in modern conditions the importance of accountability and evaluation of the implementation of programs for socio-economic development of the region is increasing, which raises the question of strengthening the role of monitoring socio-economic development, which is a powerful tool for strategic planning, through which you can influence the trends in the socio-economic sphere of the region. The above determines the relevance and necessity of developing and approving a unified and optimal methodology for organizing the monitoring of socio-economic development.
