Abstract: The paper provides an analysis of the causes of inactivity and lack of initiative of young professionals and working youth in the Rostov region. The activities of the Committee on youth policy in the field of support for young professionals and working youth in the Rostov region are considered. Proposals are put forward to improve measures to support young professionals and working youth, as well as the implementation of the dissemination of information about the events.
