Abstract:
The article sets the task of developing theoretical and methodological provisions and scientific and practical recommendations for the development of import substitution policy in Rostov region. As a result of the analysis of industrial policy of Rostov region, the main problems and risks of the import substitution were identified, proposals were prepared to stimulate it. The authors argue the main prospects and resources for stable development of the economy of Russia and the Rostov region in modern realities.
