Abstract: In this article, the team of authors explores the formation of management trends using research formats, in particular, synectic-semantic modeling in project management. Such a need, according to the authors, arose in connection with the special characteristics of the modern world - "fragility", high anxiety, non-linearity of development and the need to choose priorities, "uncertain uncertainty". The article presents a methodology for using such a tool as synectic-semantic modeling, which makes it possible to form management trends. In the final part of the article, a conclusion is made about the expediency of using synectic-semantic modeling in the formation of management trends and modeling of the future.
