Abstract:
The purpose of the research work is to study the objective conditions for the formation of information and political technologies in the electoral process to develop recommendations for improving the level of legal culture of voters in the Rostov region. The research of the Institute of Legal Culture allowed us to form a certain idea of the specifics of Russian statehood, revealing certain features of the Russian people in order to adapt the most acceptable information and political technologies to the electoral habitus.
