Abstract:
In the Russian Federation, statistics on the number of offenses in the field of environmental protection activities are increasing every year, in particular, for illegal extraction of minerals and the subsoil of the earth. In the article, the author draws attention to the commission of a large number of administrative offenses for the use of mineral resources without a license for the use of mineral resources or violation of the conditions provided for by the license for the use of mineral resources, as well as the need to amend the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses in terms of increasing the administrative fine for violation of part 1, chapter 7.3 of Article Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
