Abstract: The article provides an analysis of the reasons for submitting documents for receiving public services provided by the Committee on Youth Policy of the Rostov Region on purpose, and not in an online format, describes proposals to improve the system of providing public services to socially oriented non-profit organizations through the portal Public Services of the Russian Federation. The analysis was carried out by conducting a sociological survey of organizations-recipients of services provided by the Committee on Youth Policy of the Rostov region, analyzing the content of the pages of services on the EPSU. The analysis of successful practices of the regions in the field of digitalization of public services was also carried out. Recommendations have been developed for optimizing and modernizing the system of providing public services to SONKO in an online format.
