Abstract:
The relevance of the study is determined by the increasing importance in the digital economy of managerial decisions on the innovative development of international organizations. Under the conditions of digital transformation of the economy, the active development of information technology and its close integration into the activities of economic entities appropriate development of innovation management is important. The purpose of the study is to systematize the opportunities and limitations of the implementation of this type of management measures for organizations operating in international markets, characterized by different levels of business processes digitalization. The article substantiates in detail the theses on systemati-zation of opportunities and limitations of innovation management in an international organization, identifies the root causes of their emergence in the process of implementation of innovation projects. It is demonstrated that the results of the study can be applied in the practice of innovation management.
