Abstract:
The article discusses the need to create new knowledge of the staff and its constant retraining for the implementation of innovative activities of the organization at all levels of management. The importance of the creation of social and technological innovations in the context of the application of organizational and managerial innovations that cause an increase in labor productivity on the basis of the implementation of domestic digital technologies that determine the intellectual production in industries is substantiated. The necessity of innovative thinking of managers in all types of innovation activity taking into account the cyclical development of society in the context of the innovative cycle of formation of a new model of the economy is revealed.
