Abstract: This scientific article provides a comprehensive analysis of the interaction of status-altimetric, dispositional and divisional characteristics in the context of the study of military elites. Status-altimetric characteristics are considered from the point of view of the official position and hierarchy in the armed forces, emphasizing their influence on authority and the possibility of influencing military policy. Dispositional characteristics are described through the prism of personal qualities such as character, values and beliefs, and their influence on leadership style and interpersonal relationships. The divisional characteristics are analyzed in the context of the decision-making process, strategic thinking and risk management. The article focuses on the complementarity of these characteristics, emphasizing how they jointly form a unique leadership style that promotes effective.
