Abstract: Introduction. The article is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical aspects of the formation of a comprehensive concept of anti-crisis management of changes in the modern activities of Russian airlines. The relevance of the study is due to the high demand for the development of a special concept of anti-crisis management of changes in the activities of Russian airlines against the background of the influence of negative environmental factors and the desire to adapt to the current situation in the aviation sector. Methods. Observation, comparison, generalization, systematization, survey, analysis, synthesis. Purpose. The purpose of writing this article is to develop a methodological basis for the formation of a comprehensive concept of anti-crisis management of changes in Russian airlines, taking into account the specifics of modern conditions. Research objectives: to reveal the theoretical aspects of anti-crisis change management; to identify key factors of change that affect anti-crisis management in Russian airlines; to propose a concept of anti-crisis change management in Russian airlines based on an integrated approach. Results. To achieve the set goal, the content of management activities related to the implementation of changes in the airline's activities is described. The possibility of using anti-crisis management in managing changes in Russian airlines is considered. The main factors influencing both the external and internal environment are identified and analyzed, and on this basis, a comprehensive concept of anti-crisis management of changes in the activities of Russian airlines in modern conditions is formed. The characteristic aspects of the recommended comprehensive concept of anti-crisis management of changes are listed. Conclusions. Based on the results of the study, a conclusion was made about the priority areas for applying management efforts in the modern practice of Russian airlines and the possibility of using successful experience in the practice of Russian organizations in other areas of activity.
