Abstract: The article suggests the way to structure the outside (in relation to a corporation) environment to establish links with government bodies necessary for a company in the process of GR-management. Taking into consideration the specific character of links with government bodies, the method which is used comprises several science disciplines: politology, corporate management and network analysis. The suggested method is field-tested in the sphere of structuring outer environment of a big foreign pharmaceutical company operating on the Russian pharmaceutical market.
