Abstract: The article considers responsibility of payers of insurance contributions into state non-budgetary foundations as required by the federal law and subordinate acts adopted in accordance with it; points out practical aspect of the activity of payers of insurance contributions into non-budgetary foundations on a number of controversial issues. In the given part practice of responsibility of payers of compulsory insurance contributions into state non-budgetary foundations on the basis of judicial acts is analyzed.
