Abstract: On the assumption of the postulate the world’s extreme complexity, the author considers ways of its simplification and regulation philosophy, science and artificial intelligence. The author makes a conclusion about historical choice of the mankind between the end and transition to the neomodernism. Some possible principles of civil society organization in the epoch of neomodernism are pointed out.
