Abstract: The author analyzes the scale and kinds of damage from the corruption in the Republic of Kazakhstan among which the most dangerous are crisis of power credibility, degeneration of law enforcement establishments, worsening of conditions for doing business. The author makes a conclusion that it is necessary to modernize anti-corruption policy and its institutions.
