Abstract: The aim of the article is to analyze implementation of culture of agreement (this conception was proposed by M.P. Menyaeva in her thesis research) in the context of “historic transit”. The question which the authors are trying to answer is: why the culture of agreement implemented on the level of interaction between large social systems in the last century in connection with the events of the Caribbean crisis is hardly implemented today.
