Abstract: The article analyzes the concept of a civil society by S.G. Zyryanov and A.N. Lukin. The author recognizes the broadness of the stated problems, achievements and disputable points of suggested decisions. The author shows methodological prospects of the authors’ approach to the structure of a civil society.
