Abstract:
Improving the system of state monitoring and systemic reaction to the results of structural and rank analysis of the results of stable development of a territory requires effective methodological changes aimed at increasing the accuracy of the results of monitoring and strategic planning of developing subjects of the Russian Federation taking into account those disproportions which historically developed in the existing administrativeterritorial foundations of the country. Defining to which sector of economy according to Clark-Fourastier economy of each region belongs to, considering non-linearity of distribution of the Russian Federation subjects according to the level of development – all this will help evaluate both the effectiveness of measures of the state economic policy and the effectiveness of activities aimed at achieving the target indicator of regional development.
