Abstract:
The subject matter of the article is organization deviation as a social-philosophic problem. The authors analyze the topical problem of social and labor relations in present Russian society, to be more precise, the problem of precarization manifested in erosion of employees’ rights, pay level recession, growth of dismissals and rise of corporate environment toxic level which result in deterioration in quality of working population. In the authors’ point of view present labor relations are characterized by dehumanization and victimization which causes the necessity of philosophic al interpretation of the process of management with the aim of systematic monitoring of social and physical well-being of employees.
