Abstract: The experience of social project grant competition in the territory of Saratov region is analyzed. Both internal Internet communications of non-profit organizations and external ones with authorities and population are considered. Strengths and weaknesses of the project activity of non-profit organizations are studied, as well as the influence of Internet communications on them.
