Abstract: Effective practices of social capital management in modern organizations are considered. Political, socio-economic and technological conditions of uncertainty and risks are analyzed. Effective models of modern organizations are investigated, comparative analysis of the models is carried out, strengths and weaknesses of social capital management at the organizational level are revealed. The results of conceptual studies are presented, the process of social capital management is evaluated.
