Abstract: Labor and psychological aspects of prosecutors’ performance of their duties, in particular, in the course of maintaining public prosecution in criminal proceedings are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the study of the process of adaptation of prosecutor’s employees to the conditions of service and determination of basic psychological, organizational and labor-legal characteristics that contribute to the most effective performance of the labor function by the category of employees under consideration.
