Abstract: This study examines the effect of demographic factors on labor turnover in Honda Manufacturing Company. The study examines three objectives which are to determine the effect of age on labor turnover, ascertain the influence of work experience on labor turnover and determine the effect of educational qualification on labor turnover. The study attempts to provide answers to the questions to what extent does age affect labor turnover? How does work experience influence labor turnover? and to what extent does educational qualification affect labor turnover. Primary data was used in this study and the study adopted a descriptive research design. 150 questionnaires as obtained by Slovenes formula were administered to the staffs of Honda Manufacturing Limited. In analyzing this questionnaire, data analytical procedure and frequency and %ages were used as descriptive statistics. Inferential statistics of correlation and regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses in the study. The findings of this study established that there is a significant effect of age on labor turnover in Honda Manufacturing Limited, Ota, Ogun State. The findings also indicate there is a significant relationship between educational qualification and labor turnover.
