Abstract: Human resource is the most important resource of universities. Their success depends on its members, its goals, and the opportunities and the quality of human resources are decisive for the results of the education system. Human resource management can have an important contribution to the rethinking of any organization, primarily due to the increase in benefits, efficiency and risk reduction. It assists each level of governance, orienting and developing action plans that will enable effective use of human resources.
