Abstract: IP Manager is a model that analyses the importance of the intellectual property from a managerial point of view, especially within the innovative organizations, thus creating the context for the human resources awareness towards the new regulations that come alongside a knowledge-based society. The new vision of the organizations that are active in the education industry regarding the usage of new technologies will catch up very fast within the youngsters, but it won’t limit to them, because of the need to develop the necessary skills for the future job. The mission of innovative organization will consist in a bigger responsibility from all the IT users inside the organization for the protection of intellectual property and for them to participate in the process of knowledge-adding. The population living standard is positively related to the protection and development of the human creativity, as an example can be visualized inside an organization through the management of databases. The model core is based on the internal rules of procedure, which will present the rules that the internal and external users (with different levels of authorization) of the organization’s database need to follow. The methods for securing the information are useful only if the human capital has been specially trained and the risk of information leaking into the organization business environment. The entire activity of the human capital will be updated to the new vision: job description, personal development programs and the evaluation criteria.
