Abstract: This work aims to treat an important factor to take into account any entrepreneurship regardless of the stage that was his business, namely the SWOT analysis that will lead to making a correct analysis and proper implementation of strategic planning, which aimed at strengthening quality, exploiting opportunities, correction of defects (before being crushed by competition) and define a strategy to deal with malware.
