Abstract: The more and more specialized equipments, developed in the last time with applicability in medicine, the necessary of materials more and more increased, determine the need of a good flow of activities in the field of the logistic of supply-chain management). These premises determine the necessity of some interdisciplinary studies, for developing new management systems, and namely a management based on knowledge. By this research, we aim to a new approach reported to the actual state of knowledge in field, based on the economic and financial integrated analysis, applied in the medical field, by which we follow to test the capacities and abilities of the dental physician to act as efficient and active managers, in their dental offices, the motivation being sustained by the fact that the Romanian physicians have a strong training in diagnosing and treating diseases, but they have less managerial knowledge.
