Abstract:
During the material presented, we tried to highlight based on a study conducted in parallel in the three state structures which protect and restore public order respectively the National Police, the Romanian Gendarmerie and Local Police. For the purpose of comparison we applied a structured questionnaire and citizens were asked to analyze these institutions which are their opinion about the values strongly manifested among members of the three institutions mentioned above.
