Abstract:
In Romania, after joining the European Union all organizations have to be approved to be aligned with standards and legislation. Large corporations have fewer difficulties in this regard, because the technology came to Romania and conditions of planning and organization at European level. To see to what extent organizations with fully Romanian capital, we have to introduce and implement quality improvement methodologies and hence the business, so we need to know some successful strategies. In this paper we referred to Total Quality Management (TQM) and Six Sigma methodology.
