Abstract:
The internal environment of an organization consists of those elements, by the action, their use and application, providing the aims of the organization and determine the social and technological transformation of inputs into the organizational and generate results (outputs). Thus, analyzing the organization's management system involves highlighting the major components of the system organizational characteristics: organizational subsystem, subsystem decision subsystem informational, motivational and methodological subsystem. Also, they detail the basic functions of the prison system, namely the production function, the social reintegration of holding the position of safety, medical office and support functions that support achieving the basic functions of the prison system.
