Abstract:
Romania's EU integration means in addition to the European harmonization of Romanian legislation and acquisition of values and good practices. In a knowledge-based society, which is in constant evolution, it requires more hard use of competent human resources to meet labor market demands. Initial and ongoing training, the formation of specialists, methods and software used is an area of interest for both public and private. In the study method was used to study documentary database of existing national, methodologies and regulatory framework of vocational training for adults.
