Abstract: The purpose of the paper titled REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS VALUATION IN ROMANIA THROUGH INTERNATIONAL & EUROPEAN CONSULTING METHODOLOGIES is to underline the importance of the using of international consulting and appraisal methodologies into the practice of real estate and investment consultants from Romania. Case studies are presented.
