Abstract:
The paper is dedicated to the place of logistics management in the general structure of an enterprise. It states some rules to improve the logistic system through development of logistic management as integral system and through a complex approach, development of a market-orientated logistic management with clear short-term and long-term purposes, development of information system in logistics. The course of Logistics Management is taught at the Cooperative-Commercial University of Moldova at cycle 2 Master’s degree. It’s goal is to teach students the concepts, methods, techniques of management in logistics. Authors consider that the realization of management function of logistics should be based on study of the following 3 fields: supply chain management, management of relationship between suppliers and customers, management of adaptation of global logistic chain to the conditions of business activity.
