Abstract:
The paper presents the individual and organizational consequences of stress and methods of prevention and management of stress. The paper highlights the importance of specific programs for the prevention and stress management developed by some organizations. Also, are presented the most frequent approaches to the prevention and management of individual stress. The paper presents the fact that we do not really know the effects of individual differences on stress management outcomes.
