TYPES OF MANAGEMENT IN THE LARGE COMMERCIAL COMPANIES FROM ROMANIA. CONVERGENCES AND DIFFERENCES

Abstract: RThe paper highlights existence of two categories of large firms in the Romanian economy, which present different features of management practised within them, sinthetically made evident. Finally are presented some proposals for significantly improving the management of the large commercial state-owned companies.
