Abstract:
The paper contains an analysis of good and democratic governance within the central and local administration. The analysis of the results contributed to the identification of key pillars of good governance. Based on these main elements identified was designed a model of good governance. The final part of the paper contains several strategic recommendations needed to improve good governance within the Romanian public administration.
