Abstract:
Significant steps towards responsive and accountable Romanian governance have been taken along the last two decades However, problems of consolidation seem to be very near evidence. Building and sustaining democracy leads to increased commitment and organizational performance as well as improved transparency. Participatory development is recognized as a key factor for the achievement of the declared goals. Options and instruments for facilitating dissemination of best practices imply at least some challenges that are going to be mentiuoned and explained by the content of this article, in a descriptive, eclectic and still objective approach.
