Abstract: The first part of the article presents the relevant aspects of the literature, the qualitative research being carried out by browsing online resources, books and articles, relevant research, presenting theoretical aspects regarding notions of satisfaction, behavior of consumers of medical services, methods and satisfaction measurement techniques and, of course, the main factors that influence it positively or negatively. The article continues with the empirical research, the interpretation of the obtained data. The methodology used is quantitative, using the opinion poll, and the tool used was the questionnaire. Due to the pandemic context, the instrument was applied online. At the end of the article, we formulated the conclusions of the research, the limits of the study and future research.
