Abstract: Considering the process of digital reforms in all branches of economic activity and society, the activity of public and private institutions is digitization. There is an ample process of digitization of the educational system and of the health system, an important moment belongs to the problem of Cyber Security of functioning of the digitization systems. Of course, in this process an important role belongs to the training and preparation of staff in the field of cyber security, which requires the adaptation of the specialist training in the field in the member countries of the European Union. Last but not least, the creation of new specializations in the field of cyber security and the modification of the university curriculum.
