Abstract: Within any management process the management’s function are deployed. Project management consists in management processes and therefore within it these functions are also present. According to a large body of literature these functions are the core of leading, since these functions are essential conditions for the deployment and success of administration. The paper tackles the function of forecast and attempt to establish its patterns in case of project management.
