Abstract:
The first part of the article presents several approaches of the public policies process in the international and national literature. The second part focuses on the specifics of public policies process in three countries: two of them are European Union members - Spain, and Portugal - and the third is located on the American continent - Canada. The final of the article describes the regulatory, institutional and methodological framework for developing the public policy process in Romania and the main aspects of the experience of three countries in the field of public policy process that can be taken and implemented in Romania.
