Abstract: Within an organization employees are a vital resource and a strong labor force. Employees are the greatest asset of an organization. Motivation is the basis of their enthusiasm. The essential problem is to wake up their motivation. Motivation has its internal sources that are not unique, perennial or immutable. It is in every individual; motivation and will are the source of any success. George Shinn says in the Miracle of motivation that knowing what the motivation miracle means is a triple purpose: it helps one be successful, solve problems and reach one’s goals
