Abstract: In this paper I choose to approach this subject because I think the measure in which the beneficiaries of these services are satisfied represents, in fact, one of the best ways to measure the quality of provided services, of strategic management efficiency and is also a good way to identify the clients’ complaints regarding in general all health services, whether is about the medical staff or the way the activities are organized.
